For all customers, we accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days.  The items that are returned/exchanged will be replaced with a new item.  Simply ship it back to us for a replacement item. We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 30 days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. Please return the product with all the original packaging, if possible, and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable). For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items. Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box. The Ascent vaporizer features an all glass air path with an internal sliding glass mouthpiece. The glass air path provides consistently pure, clean, flavorful vapor.Heat-Up times range between 1 and 1 and a half minutes. Charge time can take about 5 hours and you can expect up to 2 hours of continuous use. After you vape is charged, power on the device by pressing the power button on top of the Ascent. This is activate the OLED display and the vaporizer will begin to heat to your last used temperature.After you turn on the Ascent set the temperature by pressing the + and - buttons on the front of your vaporizer. Then load your herb chamber with your preferred material. Access the herb chamber by swiveling the bottom of the unit open.To vaporizer dry herbs simply place them inside the herb chamber. You can use the included screens to prevent finely ground herb from being inhaled into the air path. If you want to vape oils, fill the glass oil jar about ¼ full and place the cap back on the glass jar then insert into herb chamber.After you have inserted your material close the herb chamber and wait for your vape the Ascent to reach temperature. It typically takes about 1 – 1 ½ minutes to heat up.
