Warranty-Atmos RX offers a warranty on most of their products.  The customer must keep the receipt as proof of purchase.  The limited warranty only covers replacement of unused, defective, parts for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Once the product is used there is no warranty available for cartridges and attachments due to hygienic issues.  The warrant does not cover misuse, user error, the use of any illegal substances, modifications, or alterations.  Atmos RX does offer a one year replacement program for batteries, USB’s, and ceramic heating chambers for between $12.95 and $19.95, depending on the product.How it Works-Before the use on this product, be sure to read the instruction manual carefully and that the battery is completely charged.  Take off the mouthpiece/chamber connect and fill you desired material into the chamber.  Attach back to the heating chamber.  Press the power button 3 times to power the unit on.  Wait for the indicator light to turn blue.  Once the light is glowing blue, the pen is ready to begin vaporizing.Cleaning and Maintenance-Use the included brush tool to clean the walls of the heating chamber.  Use a pin or a paper clip to clear the pathways of the ceramic filter.  To clean the rubber mouthpiece, use a damp cotton swab.  When cleaning the product, be sure to take special care, since to warranty does not cover user error.

For all customers, we accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days.  The items that are returned/exchanged will be replaced with a new item.  Simply ship it back to us for a replacement item. We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 30 days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. Please return the product with all the original packaging, if possible, and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable). For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required.
