For all customers, we accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days.  The items that are returned/exchanged will be replaced with a new item.  Simply ship it back to us for a replacement item. We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 30 days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. Please return the product with all the original packaging, if possible, and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable). For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items. Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box. Atmos RX offers a warranty on most of their products.  The customer must keep the receipt as proof of purchase.  The limited warranty only covers replacement of unused and defective parts for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Once the product is used there is no warranty available for cartridges and attachments due to hygienic issues.  The warranty does not cover misuse, user error, the use of any illegal substances, modifications, or alterations.  Atmos RX does offer a one year replacement program for batteries, USB’s, and ceramic heating chambers for between $12.95 and $19.95, depending on the product.How it Works-Be sure that the battery is completely charged before your first use.  Take off the mouthpiece and expose the heating chamber.  Simply load in a small amount of your desired material directly onto the heating coil.  Reassemble the piece.  To power the unit on, click the power button 3 times rapidly.  Simultaneously press the power button while inhaling.Cleaning and Maintenance-Be sure to never get the battery wet.  You can clean the heating chamber with a damp cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.Pros and Cons-
