All vaporBLUNT products come with a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty.  This includes any damage or defects caused by the manufacturer.  The warranty fulfills a total product replacement plan if manufacturer defect is proven to be found.  The battery has a 90 day limited warranty.  Proof of purchase (i.e. the receipt) is required upon filing for warranty coverage.  Warranty coverage will not be honored without proof of purchase.How it Works-Just like with all new appliances, be sure to read the instructions completely before your first use to make sure that you are completely acquainted with your new vaporizer.  The instructions for this vaporizer are fairly simple.  To begin, load your desired materials into the heating chamber located at the top of the unit.  Securely fit your chosen adapter and whip to the heating chamber.  To turn on, simply press the large power button.  Turn the dial to your desired temperature, and allow to heat up.  The lights will stop flashing when the unit is ready.  From there, take light inhales from the whip and begin to vape!

Cleaning and Maintenance-Dissemble all of your parts and accessories from the main unit. It is not recommended to get the unit wet in any way, since it is powered by straight electricity.  However, you can soak the attachments in either cool water with soap or rubbing alcohol.  Clean the debris out with the included cleaning brush.  Let everything air dry.

For all customers, we accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days.  The items that are returned/exchanged will be replaced with a new item.  Simply ship it back to us for a replacement item. We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 30 days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. Please return the product with all the original packaging, if possible, and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable). For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required.
