The warranty only guarantees manufacturer error.  Shenzhen requests that once the warranty claim has been filed, the purchaser sends their damaged product back to the manufacturer, wherein it will either by repaired or replaced.

 How it works

 Ensure that the unit is completely charged before use.  After the wax atomizer is detached from the rest of the unit, load in the waxy concentrate material.  Reattach to the unit, and press button while drawing to create vapor.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Disassemble all pieces, and clean gently with warm, soapy water.
